Every letter will automatically pick up the date from your computer. As a secured creditor, you can send a letter to a liberal, left-wing bankruptcy attorney letting “it” know that when the chapter 7 is discharged, “its” client will still be obligated to you; or when the plan is not favorable to you, a letter to the chapter 13 trustee convincing him/her to override the plan and treat you equitably.
